To Ranong

By Bus:

From Bangkok: Several busses every day but the best ones with Chokeanan tour or New mitts tour leaving at 08.30 pm from the South bus station and arriving in Ranong at 06.00 am,  is very comfortable and you will catch the first morning boat to Phayam
From Chumphon and Phuket There are several buses and mini buses every day

By Air:

Friday and Sunday 1.30 pm. From Bangkok to Ranong

You have 3 options to get from Ranong to Phayam Island  

  1. Normal slow boat departs 09.30 and 14.00
    from Koh Phayam Pier in Sapan Pla - Ranong. 150 Baht.
  2. In the High season there is a speedboat taxi 10.00 , 14.30 and 17.00 from Koh Phayam Pier in Sapan Pla - Ranong. 350 Baht.
  3. If you arrive by air and want to go directly from Ranong Airport to Koh Phayam without spending one extra night i Ranong.
    Just e-mail us in advance to be shure that the boat is not full, and tell us how many persons you are, and when you want to be picked up. We arrange pickup at the airport and send you to Koh Phayam pier and the speedboat

    To Phayam Lodge

    If you arrive with the slow boat, or the speed boat taxi to the village, just take a motorbike taxi to Phayam Lodge on Ao Yai beach, about 4 km.
    You can also rent a motorbike in the village if you want to drive your self.
